Tosin, who arrived from Fulham on a free transfer, enjoyed a stellar debut season with the Blues.
The towering 27-year-old defender quickly became a mainstay in the Chelsea backline, ranking among the club's top five most-used players over the course of the campaign.
He made 37 appearances across all competitions, contributing four goals and one assist, showcasing his strength both defensively and in attack.
Meanwhile, Tyrique George, another player eligible to represent Nigeria, made significant strides in his breakthrough season.
The promising winger began the season with Chelsea's U21 side but quickly earned his place in the senior team, particularly impressing in the UEFA Europa Conference League.
He featured in 12 matches in the competition, scoring once and providing two assists, helping Chelsea to lift the trophy.
George's consistent performances at both youth and senior levels were recognized at the club's end-of-season awards, where he was named Chelsea's Men's Academy Player of the Season.
With Cole Palmer switching to the iconic number 10 shirt ahead of the tournament, Tosin Adarabioyo will retain the number 4 jersey he wore throughout the season for the Club World Cup.
Tyrique George will also keep his number 32 shirt, while newly signed players have been assigned their squad numbers for the tournament: Dario Essugo will wear number 14, Mamadou Sarr takes number 19, Liam Delap has been handed the number 9 shirt, and Mike Penders will wear number 39.
Chelsea are set to face Los Angeles FC in their opening match of the Club World Cup on Monday, with the game scheduled to take place at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta.
